Explosion of Flavors Heart (Top 2): layers of caramel/walnut cake, caramel, tempered chocolate grid with caramelized pears (poached in red wine) paired with strawberry mousse.
Shot Glasses: Layers of strawberry/raspberry puree, strawberry mousse and white chocolate mousse with or without the white chocolate heart decoration and the raspberry.
Chocolate Mousse Heart: Layer of chocolate truffle cake and chocolate mousse, topped with white and dark chocolate ganache.

Grill of Fort Lauderdale, Christine's, Jackson's Steakhouse, Riley McDermott's, Taverna Opa, Capital Grille, etc, La Marquise was able to claim a 2nd place finish.
